1. Donation Refunds
At Pratham Parivartan, we deeply appreciate your support for our social causes, including education, elderly care, and medical support. As a non-profit organisation, all donations are directed toward our on-ground projects. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds once a donation is made.
2. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions
In the event of a technical error, such as a duplicate transaction or an incorrect amount entered during the donation process, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
- Timeframe: You must notify us within 7 business days of the transaction date.
- Required Details: Please provide your name, transaction ID, date of donation, and the reason for the refund request.
3. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or bank account) within 10 to 15 working days, as per the banking norms of our payment gateway, PayU.
